We needed a truck... like yesterday's asap. Went to Capital Auto, found assistance waiting for us outside on a cold day (they knew when we were coming), and met every single roadblock possible with purchasing a vehicle. Jamie was amazing with coming up with solutions, offered great support and even went to get us some refreshments from the store while we tried to make it happen. We received old-skool customer service, honesty and transparency. We left with 0 questions for the team. Everyone was beyond helpful in the midst of our tragedy... which was the day everything began to turn around.
