2013 Scion FR-S

I'm a single mom and I've lived in Jacksonville for 4 yrs. Last year I was having issues with my car. I took my Jeep to four mechanic including the dealership and everyone kept giving me the run around. I spent $5000.00 in repairs and the problem continued. My car finally gave out and I was so upset. My boss recommended Max Auto to take a look at my vehicle. In less then one day Max had the diagnosed the issue and had my car up in running the next day!! To top it off it was 75% less then what I spent everywhere I had gone. Absolutely the most AMAZING service and just a phenomenal place to bring your car!!!! I am beyond grateful for Max and his staff. God makes no mistake when he puts people in your life because with out this company or my boss I truly don't know what I would do!!! Max is very thorough! He sends the customer a step by step video of the work that was completed. He doesn’t up sale you on items you don’t need and he is very diligent at getting the job done right. Max was really helpful, transparent and helped me out a lot with my car. He Let me know about the windshield wiper fluid in my antifreeze spot and helped me out with that as well as replacing my bumper. 10/10 would recommend the service and would come back again !
