Got a screw caught in my tire in the middle of the night, didn’t have a spare so I had my Kia towed to this dealership immediately after. Rachel & staff were friendly and efficient. As busy as I’m sure they were tending to other customers who had appointments, they were still able to accommodate me on short notice . I had my tire fixed & my car back in no time. This review is for Savanna, who knocked it out of the park with her outstanding customer service. Originally scheduled to drop off my vehicle, so that KIA mechanics could install a at no cost, theft deterrent on my KIA. Instead of dropping it off, my husband and I decided to wait for it. I hadn't realized that the wait time for a drop off was different then the wait for a scheduled appointment. We arrived to the dealership at 8:30am. Savanna said that she would try to see if we could be fit in earlier and have us out, by 10am; but no promises were made. I was prepared to play Pokémon all day. At 9:30am, Savanna came into the waiting area and informed me that our car was done! Before leaving, we were given a coupon for a free car wash. It's amazing how good customer service can totally make one's day. Thank you, Savanna!
