2023 Subaru Crosstrek Sport CVT

The staff at Gault Chevrolet is the very best. I especially appreciate Dalton and Darren, technicians and Ricky, my favorite salesperson. These gentlemen are attentive and caring human beings. They aim to please and I am so glad to have such a courteous and professional team.

The people here are nice and conscientious. The car came with 2 problems that have been known for 7 years or more. The gas door doesn't open so one has to reach inside your trunk and manually release the door to the latch. Next once that's done gasoline won't go in the car. It splashed back at me. Lucky if you get a gallon in. This has been known for years, so they order a part. No problem with service but why does Toyota make a car with known problems. It takes quite a while to get the part. I guess there is another work around on the Internet but this is absurd, can't refuel a car. Toyota should provide loaners for their cars if they make them so defective! They fixed the problems with the gas and now that problem appears solved.
