2012 Subaru Forester 2.5X AT PZEV

I purchased a used Hyundai Elantra a year ago. The staff were responsive and resolved several problems that emerged over six months of the warranty period. Unfortunately the engine began to have problems a few months after I bought the car because of what turned out to be a Hyundai design and manufacturing flaw; and was subject to a recall by Hyundai. Hyundai would not honor their 100,000 mile warranty because I was not the original owner. Nicky D's honored their used car warranty and replaced the engine with a used one. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make good on this problem. My car now runs perfectly. I recommend their dealership.

Obviously this will only be one positive review in a sea of many, but I thought I would write it anyways. Nicky D's has provided excellent service for 3 members of my family including myself. From vehicle selection, to customer service and processing speed they are unparalleled in the valley. Both Todd and Amy were helpful and friendly, without being pushy or overbearing. When I first picked up my vehicle, there was an issue. It took nothing more than a phone call to get scheduled for a repair, and the use of a loaner vehicle. 10/10, if you are looking for a used vehicle and are sick of dealing with sketchy sales people this is the place for you.

I bought a 2015 Prius at Nicky D's last April. Their service is exceptional. Even with questions about routine matters, it doesn't matter how small. They always take the time to help me out.
