I’m wondering how much different things will be with the new owner? I heard they use to have some snacks ~ that would have been really nice. And the magazine selection was mostly guns and hunting. Maybe a better variety would be nice. The service provided was fine, but they forgot to explain something on the review so I had to call to find out what it was about. I’ll have to pay better attention next time.
Great customer service. I have to share that a couple years ago I regretted buying my Toyota because of the service I used to receive. But now the service team (Adolfo, Jesus and Josh) is amazing. They care about the customers and provide great service. Also the new driver is great. Thank you also for making the team diverse. Demographics in Oregon is diversifying and I appreciate that the Toyota team is also looking like the customers it serves.
