2012 Subaru Forester 2.5X AT

I highly recommend Ride Quality Auto! Sure, they’re not the typical car dealership, but I can 100% vogue for this dealership. They are small but Hussain was incredibly helpful and sold me a fantastic 4Runner at an incredible price. Hussain does know his stuff and made me feel super comfortable when purchasing. I 100% would purchase from Hussain at Ride Quality Auto next time I’m on the market!

I am a picky buyer and was looking for one of three specific models, so I let Hussain at Ride Quality Auto know exactly what I wanted: I was very detailed, and let him know the following: •Exact models I liked •Exact years •Maximum number of miles that were acceptable •Maximum amount I could offer for each specific model Once I gave him the details he told me to be patient and wait a few days-weeks. I think it was about 1-2 weeks later that he let me know of 3 cars available that matched my criteria. Honestly they were all 3 great options. One of them though the price was slightly over my budget, (because it had really low miles and was in excellent shape.) The last of the 3 was a 2011 LEXUS CT200H and fit my budget. Before I made a buying decision I did get to look at a carfax and saw that it had "minimal" damage on the rear bumper. Carfax defines minor damage as "usually cosmetic including dents or scratches to they vehicle body". Based on the pics it looked like it had been restored to like new. The paint matching looked perfect in the pics. It had 133k miles. I ended up buying this car. Since I am out of state I had to arrange to pay his bank directly "Bank of America". Before that he sent me the paperwork which looked official and very professional. It all looked to legitimate to the state of Colorado. After payment ,in full, he set up the transporter and the car got to me pretty quick. I payed the transporter in cash on arrival. It was nice that I didn't have to do anything to setup the transport. He found a trustworthy and reputable driver for me. I currently drive this car everyday. As far as the engine and transmission they are excellent. The car runs great and is so reliable. Everything works on this car. It does have 1 minor scuff on the body and very slight clear coat peeling on the rear hatch. The interior has 2 very minor details. The "push" button on the rear seatbelts has faded and the rear seat has very small stains. Other than those 2 small things the interior is in excellent shape.I can live with these very minor imperfections. That is kind of expected on a 12 year old car. The car did come with spare tire, jack, and tools. With the price I paid I feel like I got a great deal overall. Next time I need a car I will check with Ride Quality Auto to see if they can get me a good deal again. I would buy from this dealer again.

I rarely write reviews, and I sure didn't expect I'd be writing one for a used car salesman... however, Mr. Hussain was extremely helpful, professional and understanding. I drove quite a bit a ways to see a couple vehicles I was interested in. He not only had both vehicles ready to be test driven but he also went the extra mile to assist me with some inquiries I had. In short, if you're in the market for a used vehicle and are looking for a good and positive experience, Ride Quality Auto is definitely a place you should consider! I was so pleased with the experience that I'm actually looking at purchasing another vehicle off of him for one of my family members. Pro tip: be sure to coordinate an appointment with him ahead of time as he keeps a busy schedule, but outside of that, I'm confident you will have a pleasant experience!
