I went in to replace my battery only to discover my battery holder was missing. Service tech, did not receive his name placed something to hold it on place til my part came in. I was treated with the upmost kindness and attentiveness. Everything with smoothly. The service reps, Rudy and Austin made certain I was taken care of. Also, Ashley, the cashier who worked on the Saturday I went in went beyond her duty to help process my transaction due to the high traffic. Very, very pleased with Westside Chevrolet .
