Quick, professional, and courteous! Chewed up a couple of tires and picked up a nail on a road trip. Stopped in to see if I could get tires and an alignment and they got me in first thing next morning. First time I’ve actually gotten a vehicle back from an alignment with the steering wheel straight so I was super impressed. Definitely recommend and kinda wished I lived here so they could be my primary dealership.
I’m very pleased with my experience of the service department at Lithia. From calling to make an appointment to picking up my car when complete was a smooth and well setup process. Jarrett my service advisor kept me well informed. In addition to the requested service they performed a complementary inspection and recommended repairs(including a video of a problem area). Very thorough!!
