2014 Subaru Forester 2.5i PZEV

I had the best experience at Heritage Subaru! My sales associate Shawn was very helpful and informative from the jump even before I made it into the dealership. Shawn was patient and informative and you could tell he just wanted to get me into a vehicle I was 100% happy in. Then once we found the one, I was taken to speak with Jonathan in finance and he was so helpful with explaining everything- buying a car can be pretty stressful but I felt at ease when working with him. I never had a Subaru before, but I can honestly say I have become a Subaru customer for life. Thanks again guys! PS- I am completely in love with my new car!

I had a great experience purchasing from Heritage Subaru Catonsville. I went into this process undecided whether I wanted a crosstrek or a forester. Our salesperson, Nick Falcon, was knowledgeable on both and had us test drive a crosstrek which I really liked and was almost certain that was the car I would get. I wanted to discuss the purchase with my father and bring him back to the dealership with me so we returned the next day. We test drove the crosstrek again AND a forester and I decided almost immediately that the forester would be the better fit for my needs. The sales manager, Dave, made a fair trade in offer on my 2013 rav4. Subaru was also offering a special financing rate at the time which was a huge part of why I decided to purchase now. We returned to the dealership again that night to make the purchase of my new 2024 forester sport. Nick was excellent and knowledgeable about the new car and helped answer any questions we had and Jonathan in financing was also kind and knowledgeable and I felt good about my decisions at the end of the purchase. So far, my car is wonderful and I love it! I am looking forward to learning about the car more and taking full advantage of the systems when I return for the 1 on 1 with their Subaru expert. This car is a huge jump from my RAV4 and I feel safe and secure in it and that was my number one goal as I commute to the city regularly. The staff was patient and kind and super tolerant of my indecisiveness. We will return when my partner is ready for his Subaru.

I purchased a used car (Bronco) from this dealership and had an outstanding experience from top to bottom. The car was priced to sell and exactly as pictured. David R. was a straight shooter and answered all of my questions with patience. Moussa was an excellent and pleasant salesman, who accommodated my narrow time window by hustling around the office to get the paperwork done and arranging delivery of my vehicle. Even Jerry, the car delivery man, was sweet! I highly recommend this dealership!
