2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i AT PZEV

Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. My car was having all kinds of issues, and I had a 1600 mile road trip that I needed to sort out. I finally got the car back from the shop two days before I had to leave, but it still had lights on on the dash and I just didn’t trust it anymore. I got the runaround from two other dealers over the course of two days before I got in contact with Dale, the same day I was supposed to be on the road. I called him from another dealership and explained what was going on and the predicament I was in. He not only reassured me that he’d have me driving off the lot in a new car, but since I was worried about my car being able to make it down to him he actually sent someone to pick me up! Dale was friendly and professional and an absolute miracle worker. He explained all my options; payments, insurance, gap, warranty, trade in values… never once did I feel taken advantage of or pressured out of my comfort zone. I’m just a few hours Dale had me in a new vehicle safe for my roadtrip and I was on my way. Not only that, but he followed up over the course of the next few days to make sure the van did well on the trip and that I still loved it. Easily the best customer service I’ve had anywhere; I won’t ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else!

Absolutely 5 star customer service My usual salesman is Brad and he’s Absolutely the best , they are the best in my 15 years experience buying Toyota. Although They are 98 miles from where I live but I always go back there because of the excellent customer service.
