2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i AT PZEV

Service work lead by Mark Garcia has recently been great. He has advised us of the process we need to follow in a recent recall and tried to make it a smooth as possible for us since we live 150 miles from Sioux Falls. He has been prompt in getting our service work done and has provided a loaner car if necessary so we can get other appointments taken care of while in the city.

I bought my Q8 there in 2021. The service that I have received there has been top-notch. They really go above and beyond.In the service department. Taking your car in for service can be frustrating and time-consuming and I don’t feel that way there. I actually enjoy taking it in because the staff goes out of their way to make sure it’s not an inconvenience by giving me a car to drive, a ride, or whatever else I might need.

I've been a customer of Graham since moving here four years ago and each visit they go above and beyond in caring for my needs. Most recently, Chance in service and Cari in marketing were most helpful. I will definitely continue to buy and service my vehicle here!
