I come to you because of the way your company treats me. I bought my car from a different dealership but I don’t like or trust the way the service department treats me so I will continue to have my car serviced by Eden Prairie Nissan. Kate is wonderful and was very accommodating along with when she wasn’t there, set me up with Justin who was just as wonderful. I need some help with a few light disability issues, and they are so willing to help me with beautiful smiles and attitudes. And they just willingly accommodated my needs!! This post is a little late. I have had work done on my vehicle 3 times and each time was pleasant. The customer service workers are eager to help and direct you where you need to go . The work done by the mechanics was finished in a timely fashion each visit with reasonable dealership prices . One time I was running late for my appointment and was given a complimentary loaner vehicle for the day to allow me to get back to work . Good stuff.
