I have never experienced a team that worked together so well that I can fully trust in auto sales. Vicente, Sabrina , and Juan made me feel like I was a family member they really cared about throughout the whole process. They helped me find the car I wanted and got me approved in a matter of 30 minutes. My paperwork was fully prepared and they held my hand from the beginning to the end. They were fully transparent and always kept me updated on everything that was going on. I never had to call them for anything but they made sure they were always in touch with me. I bought a Tesla Model 3 and Sabrina did not allow me to leave the dealership without making sure I fully knew how to operate the vehicle. Vicente made sure the car was as perfect as I wanted it to be. My car is absolutely beautiful. I still can’t believe how smooth this whole transaction was, It is unheard of.
