2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium AT PZEV

I first visited Subaru of Troy 4 months ago. I purchased a Honda elsewhere and realized the car wasn’t really “me”. I remembered Saifar and how kind and easy going he was. I called about a car I had test driven elsewhere and we were on a test drive just 2 hours later. The process was painless, negotiation fair and no high pressure tactics, even in the finance office. I would definitely recommend them to anyone contemplating a purchase or lease.

My experience was excellent. I went in knowing what I wanted and there was no high pressure sales to convince me otherwise. Saifar was knowledgeable and polite and spent enough time with us to explain any of our unknowns. The financial person Mark, was direct and to the point and also spent the time we needed to be sure we understood everything. Deirdre was welcoming and helpful when we needed to call back to address some issues. We drove over an hour to this dealership and would do it again if and when we need to. Had an excellent experience purchasing a car from this dealership with the help of Brandon David, he was courteous and low pressure, looked up all the info on the car before hand to insure we were making the right purchase and let us test drive several vehicles! Anyone looking for a reputable salesman, Brandon is your guy! This facility was nice too with plenty of space for my 2 year old to run around, they also had a play area for her, snack, drinks and random guy with his pet parrot named Spanky getting his car serviced which was super entertaining!
