I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new 2024 Kia Sportage from Royal and when I say it was the most amazing, positive, and stress free experience, I 100% mean it! Jesus Camargo was my sales manager and Juan Vazquez was my sales person and they are the dream team! My husband and I did everything over the phone, we signed electronically and the only time we went into the dealership was to sign a couple of papers and take delivery of my new car! I used to work at Royal a couple of years ago, and their philosophy is incredible, and to be on the other side of the desk was a beautiful experience because they do what they say they are going to do, they are respectful of your time, and so knowledgeable! I would like to give a big thank you to Wendy and Keith at Royal Kia. They made my first car buying experience a joy. I had been really nervous for weeks waiting for this day but from the second Wendy greeted us my nerves started to disappear.
