2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium AT PZEV

My dad and I spent the better part of a week driving all over VA trying to find a used 4Runner for me. Every one we looked at was either so rusted it might fall apart any second, covered with spray paint so you couldn’t see the rust, or the place was so sketchy we felt like we were in a mafia movie. The good news is we realized just how amazing Trax Auto, especially Kristina, was. Every single vehicle on the lot looked to be in great shape, and I was surprised at the availability they had on such a relatively small lot compared to some of the big northern VA lots. This is a family owned business and you can tell they do their research before picking vehicles to be sold. Kristina’s brother (sorry I forget his name) is the mechanic and did an amazing job with the detailing. Everyone thinks my 2008 4Runner is less than 5 years old, and it looks brand new inside. Kristina was extremely responsive, personable, knowledgeable, helpful and patient as she helped us through the buying process, whether it was allowing us to get it inspected (shoutout to the Firestone guy down the road who said he’d be happy to put his little kids in that car) or navigating through all the bank processes. And it’s a plus that she loves 4Runners too! Don’t underestimate the potential of this small town dealership. You can tell they care about the quality of their vehicles, unlike some of the bigger places that just want to move inventory. We will definitely be back in the future!!
