2016 Subaru Forester 2.5i Premium AT PZEV

To give a little backstory, I purchased a new 24 Corolla hybrid on December 28, 2024. Before I had it two months ago car hit me and totaled it. I was very stressed from dealing with the insurance, body shop, etc. when I found out my vehicle was totaled I knew my next vehicle would still be a 24 Corolla. I called all over the region checking for availability and was not having much luck. I contacted Ourisman Toyota and was swiftly put in touch with Gabriel in sales. Even though they didn’t have an Le model available he said they did have an se nightshade edition. He gave me a price that I could live with. Once I came into the dealership everyone treated me with such kindness and understanding. Finance also gave me the protection packages that I not only wanted, but needed. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. They have earned a customer for life!

I was unsure of what vehicle to purchase after 22 years in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. John Waters’ knowledge and experience made the decision an easy one. Thank you so much, I absolutely love my 4Runner!!!

The service is always great. The waiting rooms are wonderful. But I often seem to arrive for a service appointment at a busy time and have to wait a while to be checked in by a service manager. So the check-in area desperately needs a few chairs. My legs aren’t what they used to be, and once I was checked in this morning it was hard to walk out. Simple straight-back chairs or even stools would be fine.
