Our experience at Auto outlets was phenomenal. They were very down to earth and very helpful through her first buying experience. They took time with us and let us test drive a few vehicles before she made a decision. As a car buying experience, I would rate it as very good and I’m satisfied. No hidden agenda or sales games, they were reasonably transparent. They did find a very competitive rate beating my pre-approved Credit Union, very helpful. I did need to wait patiently for staff and finance on a few occasions. I do understand, they were very busy. I’m happy and in the future would shop there again.
