Kelly and Kevin were amazing! They helped me from start to finish. I was able to trade my car in and got more than I thought I would. I test drove multiple cars to find one that fits my wants and needs. They even crunched numbers on multiple different ones to find the perfect car that would not only work for my budget but that I also enjoyed. I highly recommend this team!

I’m updating my review here because of the new manager there Scott who called me and is trying to solve the issue which I really appreciate. For me that is a manager who is looking out for his business. Next thing for him to do is to train his people on good customer service. STAY AWAY from this dealership. I purchased a new Outlander and signed the paper online. Had a pickup appointment on Sunday 9/1/24. Since I live 2H away I called 1 million time before jumping in my car no one picked up, no one reached back. Next Monday Steve (Sales manager) texted me saying my car is ready. Brought my issues with him. He lied to me saying everything was fixed bc they sent me a bogus contract with lot errors. Next appointment was 9/7/24. Arrived there. Never talk to the guy who I had appointment with and he was there. Never got up just to say “hi I’m busy”. He just had zero consideration. Had to get the empty tank and dirty new car from the secretary who doesn’t know much about the contract or cars but was trying to answer my questions. Thanks to her (Greene). This is very very very bad customer service. The sales manager is not good at his role. Don’t even know why he’s the boss but no wonder seeing how the whole experience is. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to experience a good customer service. The salesperson-Kelly who I talked to while buying the car is MIA since she received the final signature (hello the money is important in any transaction but try to do a better job). The place sucks really! Here is the car after I brought it and cleaned it. You don’t need to clean a brand new car the day you picked it up from the dealership!!!!!!!!!
