I love this place. Even when things go amiss, they're quickly righted. I had a flat tire this winter, and was told "we have them in stock" regarding my tires. I presumed this meant the tires on the car. It didn't. It also didn't even mean snow tires (which were what was on the car). When I brought this up, the Service Manager found me a set of said snow tires, and swapped them for free. Then, the all seasons got mistakenly sent home with me. They were going to be picked up. Winter happened. So in the end, I brought them back in with me for the next tire changeover and told them that I had to pay for the tires. I had to reiterate this on check-in, since this is not usual of course, but, now I have paid for both sets of tires, and had a happy, safe winter, and will have many more to come. I don't always get my MPI report, but I also don't ask for it when it's missing, so that's not all on them. The advisors are always very pleasant to work with. They have decent spots for waiting and working, or just waiting. And based on my one experience at Haddad in Saint Albans, versus the handful here, Burlington wins hands down.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I had gone in on a Saturday and test drove a vehicle and left the dealership letting Lindsey know that I was shopping around. I ended up putting a deposit down on a Honda and decided after poor communication with them to cancel the deal. They just we're not very good at giving me details like whether or not I was approved for the loan and other things. Not responding to messages or returning calls it just seemed that after 5 days I would know whether or not I was approved for financing. I had called Lindsay to see if she had some time to meet with me the following Saturday and she answered her phone, which was amazing after my experience with the Honda dealership. Not only did she answer her phone, it was her day off. I didn't realize that when I called, obviously. She went over every detail of that vehicle and everything that I was signing. At no time did I feel any pressure to do something that I was an uncomfortable with. I ordered a rack for my kayak and she followed that through from start to finish. I received a loaner car and the service was amazing. They put a cover over my driver's seat they put a mat on my floor, they had the loaner car ready for me. Everything was just top notch! From start to finish. Thank you Lindsey! You know your job and you do it well.
