2019 Subaru Forester -

I bought a 2014 Subaru forester for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I’ve been in the Subaru family since 2009. Everything looked good except some minor cosmetic work which they fixed. The only other issue I had was the brakes were squishy. These needed to be perfect for my daughter being a new driver. The manager Brian was willing to have my car looked at to alleviate my concerns. I was skeptical that they would try hard to find anything. But when I showed up I knew I was in good hands because they had Eric Schaefer as the service manager. He sold me my first Subaru and moved over to service at another dealerships. He always took care of me and my concerns. Sure enough the rear rotors were bad and they fixed them. Now that I know he is at Wilde I will be coming there for all my maintenance.

Everyone I dealt with in the sales and finance departments were friendly, knowledgable, and a pleasure to do business with. I was dreading having to buy a new vehicle but this process went very smoothly. I never felt any pressure and they really listened to what I wanted and matched me up with the best vehicle for me. I have found really good service at Wilde and am loving my new Subaru!

It’s been 1 week since we visited Wilde Subaru to look for a vehicle that fits a family of five who just recently moved here in the US from Australia. All I can say is that what an absolute legend they are in there! Special mention to our legend Sales Rep @Kay Frick and Fin Rep @Belmir. Thank you so much for taking care of us. They were very upfront with all the financing options that fits our budget considering the fact that we are new and with little to no credit history here in the US yet. I loved that we were able to get the approval immediately even though I came in late arvo. What’s best was we were able to drive home that night this fantastic 8-seater Subaru Ascent limited. I could have not ask for more excellent customer service from them! I will definitely gonna recommend them to my work colleagues and mates. All the best to to the team and great job!
