My advisor was quick and efficient and went through a full report from the tech. Although it was just a software update, I was informed of potential points of service down the line with no pressure or obligation to complete them, rather be educated on the issues. I have also been considering a new car since December and Bernardi has been consistent, thoughtful, and attentive to my needs in my next vehicle, so it was nice to connect in person with Scott.
