Always great service. My car has been here several times for routine care. The app offers reminders. Good inventory if accessories are needed. Ample parking. Kids play room available. Free wifi. Bulletin board if posting a local business or seeking resources. I have called in to estimate prices to customize the car experience. I travel for work and needed reliable transportation under all climate conditions. Inspections are easy to arrange and transmit electronically to the state. Chip updates are easy to have done on the car when the Subaru has sent a note. Software updates have been free so far. My car is enrolled in "safety plus" for electronic notifications and satellite coordinates.

Went to Minooka Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. It was the most pleasant, fast and honest service I have ever gotten at a dealership. When the car was ready (about 35 minutes) and I went to pay they did not try to upsell me anything (cabin filter, wipers, etc) they said my tires were going to need to be replaced soon so a tire rotation was not necessary. That's honesty. Very highly recommend.
