My salesman, Arthur, was amazing! Usually I feel like I got ripped off at the end of the car-buying process but Arthur really walked me through my options and helped me determine what vehicle would be right for me and my family. He was very upfront regarding the pricing and I did not feel like I was surprised by any fees in the end which I appreciated. Andre, the finance guy, was also great. The process was long, but worth it. Ask me again in three months when my new vehicle has grown on me. Emilio was great and extremely patient with me and tried his best to get me the best possible price. Very pleased with everyone involved in the process from looking at several vehicles to the test drive and selecting the best one for me. Then having it cleaned and financing.
