I went in last night to visit the showroom last minute. Sheldon was my contact over the phone but he was busy with another customer. Paris wound up helping me out. Really nice gentleman! We test drove a Forester Wilderness and I knew this was the car for me. It was a great experience from the sales perspective, as I did not feel like a number. Paris and Sheldon worked together to help me out. Theo and I worked through the final numbers on the car; it was a quick, painless process. Paris then got things set up with the Starlink and before I knew it, I was in the finance office with Chris, what a great guy. He was helpful in laying out the final numbers and could not have been more efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours on a new car purchase w/ a trade!
