I've been taking my outback here for service for about 3 years now, and we've never had any complaints! Jarrett is awesome! They have communicated with me every step of the way for any issues found, so there's never any surprise charges. They just make it easy and they have a nice large waiting area with a mix of free water/coffee and snacks. I've never had to wait with my kids, but they do have a small kid room section of the waiting area that would be super helpful if I did AND it's in the corner, so I could keep them corralled to not bother anyone else
