2023 Subaru Forester Premium

Just wanted to give The Awesome Gloria Russell another Shout Out! This is our 3rd. Toyota we have purchased from her!! She is always getting my Wife, Deb and I a Great Deal! She is The Best! Jenn O’Brien was great to work with! Answered all my questions in a timely fashion and went over the 4Runner with me before I left. This wasn’t my first Toyota purchase but my first time with this dealership and I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again! ????

I was very pleased with the service I received from both Tyler and Kinny. They where both very friendly and tried there best to take care of me and my wife. My son enjoyed the free popcorn and hot chocolate. I drove over a hour to purchase the vehicle and tyler and kinny was both very patient because I'm not the easiest customer to take care of. The only frustration I had is that the vehicle did not come with floor mats and I had to pay $300 to purchase them. I will be back in a couple of months to purchase a vehicle for myself and may also bring my son in when he is ready as well. I also wanted to add I love the fact that you offer lifetime powertrain warranty . What I don't like is that I can't use it because I live to far away. I wish you could use at any toyota dealership as long as it is a toyota dealership. Just want to say thank you to Tyler and kinny and the team.
