Lewis and Clark Ford answered all my questions before I walked into the dealership. I don’t like the process of purchasing a vehicle so I do most of the work ahead of time. They went the extra mile by texting me detailed pictures of things like underneath the vehicle, etc. This was exactly the vehicle I was looking for when buying a truck for my son.
I had a pleasant surprise when I had a recall on my Mustang GT, nothing serious, just some computer code clean up. What made it easy is that a service Tech came and did the recoding right in my garage. Super convenient to have them stop over and do it. Clean hands, could not tell he was he, very professional. Their service has always been very satisfactory.
Dropped my car off at 8 am and they had it all fixed and ready to go by 1pm. They fixed a factory recall I was not aware of and the check engine light that I dropped it off for. They were able to fix by cleaning a couple of the sensors (instead of just replacing them, which I appreciated because way cheaper for me by them doing that, I was expecting them to say they needed replaced but was pleasantly surprised they could clean them to fix the issue). I had just bought the car a couple weeks ago from a private seller, the previous owner bought the car about 6 years ago from a different dealership that sold them the car with the check enginelight on at time of sale and told the buyer not to worry about the light. Granted the car ran fine but it is nice to know why the light was on and this service department found the issue and fixed it pretty quick (and I feel they saved me quite a bit of $$ and peace of mind knowing if or when the light comes back on I know that something else might be going bad, especially with the lack of gauges these new cars don't have)
