2023 Subaru Forester Premium

A few months ago, I went into Nelson Nissan to ask about trading my car in. I wasn’t able to at the time, but Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what to do going forward. Not long after, I got into an accident and totaled my car. I immediately called Brian to see what I could do. He and Keith were incredible in helping me get everything sorted with my insurance and previous dealership, so that I could possibly get a new car. Once everything was sorted, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be buying from Nelson Nissan. Keith was so friendly, not pushy at all, he just genuinely wanted to help me get back on the road. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything before moving on, and then he picked out the perfect car for me. After a quick test drive, I purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks with 30 miles on it! Since then, Keith has reached out a few times to make sure everything is going well. He’s still super nice and caring and I appreciate that very much. Thank you for everything, Keith!

We chose to return to Nelson because we had such a positive experience when we bought our rogue in 2021. Our current sales person Valerie did an excellent job. She made sure we were fully informed of all the details of the vehicle and its options, but never pressured us to select something we weren’t 100% on. I would recommend not only Nelson but her personally to anyone that tells me they’re looking for a new vehicle.
