I had such an amazing experience today at Ed Shults in Jamestown, NY that I had to leave a review. I went in to trade in my lease and had an appointment to test drive a Subaru Forester. From the moment I arrived, everything was already perfectly prepared — the Forester was fueled up, mirrors changed out, and ready to go. The team truly thought ahead and made the whole process effortless. After the test drive, I walked back into the showroom and noticed a stunning display vehicle in the lobby. I didn’t even realize at first that it was a Subaru Outback, but I stopped and said out loud how sharp it looked. On a whim, I asked if I could test drive one “just to take a look.” Bev immediately said, “No problem at all!” and had one ready for me in no time. Well… that drive sealed the deal. I absolutely fell in love with the Outback even more than the Forester — and not once did anyone hesitate, pressure me, or seem inconvenienced. They simply switched everything over, gave me a new quote, and kept the entire experience smooth, relaxed, and stress-free. From start to finish, I was in and out in about an hour and a half, driving away in a car I truly love. The professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and customer-first attitude from Bev and the entire team were exceptional. This is how car buying should feel. I can’t recommend Ed Shults Subaru enough — they truly go above and beyond!
Called to ask if it was OK to have my car towed in for them to look at--hadn't had any problems til it got stuck in deep snow. Then it simply quit running! t was a Thursday and they had no service opening til Monday but they were agreeable to accepting the car (which allowed us to clean up the drive). A few hours later they called and said some cancellations allowed them to look at the car that day--had our car home by that evening! What a relief!! Running great!
