I leased a 2024 Honda Accord. My salesman was Jason Miller. This was possibly the easiest auto purchase/lease that I have ever experienced. Jason is a laid back, no pressure salesman. I never felt pressured or rushed through the entire process. I left the dealer undecided as to color but said I would be leasing a car. I asked about leaving a deposit but Jason told me a promise and handshake was all that was needed. My wife and I made the decision and a phone call into Jason was enough to get everything set. I live a considerable distance away and He didn't require me to come in just to sign a couple papers to get the car. As it turns out a dealer trade was needed to get the car I wanted and still they didn't make me jump through hoops to make that happen. My lease is for 3 years and I will head back to Jason for my next car. After the sale, Myriam helped with the lease financing and Nick helped with delivering the car. They were also great to work with. All three of the people I dealt with at West Herr Honda were extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Definitely a comfortable experience. I've had the car for a week and I am extremely happy with it and with my experience. Thank you to all of you.

We had a great experience with buying our CR-V at West Herr Honda. The salesman, John B, that we worked with was fantastic. He was very responsive to us but also was aware of not putting a lot of pressure on us. We felt he gave us the best deal he could. He also was very good at hearing our needs and communicating that to the appropriate people. It was for that reason that we purchased the car from them, and we would not hesitate to visit them again for a future purchase.
