2023 Subaru Forester Premium

I went to the Honda dealership in Richmond today because I had purchased a Honda pilot for my son. The reason for the visit was to get the Honda Pilot serviced. I have never owned anything but a Toyota so, I was very leery and nervous about going into a Honda dealership. My experience here today was beyond satisfaction from the time I pulled into the service garage until the time I left. The customer service was wonderful from the cashier, to the gentleman that gave me quotes, to the other lady that was just willing to help me out to my Service Technician Mr. Matt. I also met the GM, who was extremely nice and very helpful. He even gave me his card and said that if my son or I need anything, while my son is in college, to not hesitate to call. I cannot say enough good things about Honda of Richmond. Thank you for making this a great experience for me.

We recently purchased a 2025 Honda HR-V Sport for our daughter who will be driving soon. We had looked at many dealerships and at many different vehicles before our purchase at Gates Honda. I will say that this Dealership is far ahead of any dealership we visited in their professionalism and treatment of their customers! When we pulled in to each dealership we were ready to purchased with financing already in place. But we were treated on two lots like there was no way we could purchase a new car and was directed to their cars with over 100,000 miles...lol. Just because my Toyota is a 2013 with 153,000 on it doesn't mean I couldn't get a new car. Gates earned our business by their actions, their willingness to help with any issues or questions we had and we handed them their payment letter from our bank. Our Salesman Dwight took our daughter to the car, set up everything for her personal use in the car. Showed her everything about the car and our experience was top of the line. This Honda has all the safety features we were looking for to help our daughter be safer on the road! It is an amazing vehicle that I would recommend to anyone. Gates Honda is over an hours drive from our home. But they are worth the drive to do business with them, Highest Marks for this dealership and their people!

They were able to locate and dealer trade the exact model and color we wanted when their current inventory didn’t have one.
