We like having Mike as our service person because he’s always very attentive and very knowledgeable at what he does. We like to take our cars with Mike because he already knows and we feel very appreciated by him. We like the fact that he presents us with the work that needs to be done and if we tell him that we are waiting for a little while to get to certain items he underlines the items that need to be dealt with more urgently. Mike and the crew renewed my faith in dealership service centers. Smart, friendly, attentive, efficient. The facility is systematic and moves fast--even when the computer was down, the team shuffled paper like magicians and there was no impact on speed. My issue was complicated but was fixed fast. When I couldn't wait, they called (and paid for) a lyft to take me home (and back when the car was ready.) When I could wait, I was personally shown where the coffee and cups were. I couldn't be happier, and I recommend Dalton to any and everybody.
