At no time was anyone pushy nor did i feel pressured to make a decision. The price agreed upon was the price paid. Finance dept was also easy to work with and did not force any unwanted products on me. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased a 2024 Subaru Legacy on 3/27/24. I initially inquired online and was working with Kate. She was wonderful with working with me to get me a great deal. She also was very quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Once I made the decision to proceed with the purchase I was transferred to a sales associate. I then worked with Rob G. who I again had a great experience working with. We exchanged numerous emails and he was very prompt in his responses. When I arrived to pick up my new vehicle I also met with Mike in finance to discuss the warranty options they offer. He was great. He was never pushy and helped me to decide on what extended warranty worked best for me. From start to finish I had a lovely experience working with the staff at Ramsey. I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Forrester Sport from Ramsey Subaru. Alex Petrushin helped me every step of the way through the process. I had purchased a 2023 Rav 4 last year and was not pleased with how it handled. The Forrester is a much better fit and checked all the boxes for my safety and accessibility concerns. From start to finish, our experience at Ramsey Subaru was great! We were able to work out most of the details over the phone with out salesperson, Emil. Then, when it was time to pick up the car, Cory was very efficient in handling our paperwork so that we were not waiting around too long. Finally, Danny was kind enough to take the time to go over all of the details and features of our new car. A wonderful experience! We plan to be repeat customers!
