The Service Department Representatives are ALL very friendly and professional. I was treated very well by everyone. My wait time was not very long. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change & was informed that ALL was good with my new vehicle. (Purchased in November 2023). I am Very satisfied with the service that I received.
Good job on appointment for routine maintenance, although we had a little difficulty initially setting up the appointment, work was completed prior to estimated completion date and the service department went through the work and results. Dealership texted when car was ready. It would be nice if there was some kind of customer shuttle service as the dealership is about 25 minutes from our home.
