2019 Subaru Forester Premium

I’m so happy with my 2024 Crosstrex Sport that I bought last month. Joanie my sales person was wonderful making my purchase awesome! She even called to ask if I had any questions. Brought my 2019 Forester (33,000 miles) in for Multi Point Inspection. At the appointed time I was warmly greeted at the service entrance by Charles Francis and together we determined the appropriate scope of service considering the mileage and time since the previous service appointment. No significant issues, so it was essentially a routine oil change, tire rotation, and other checks, etc. The car was in the shop about 90 minutes, as Mr. Francis advised. I waited in the spacious comfortable waiting lounge; the car was ready on time (washed and vacuumed) and has since performed without any problems. I am very pleased with the quality of the service and friendly, professional employees, especially Mr. Francis, my greeter and advisor from the day I took posession of my new Forester. In this visit I'm satisfied that the price was consistent with the quality of service provided, and will return as necessary.

I enjoy working with this Subaru dealership. From service, parts, to the customer interaction, always top notch. Paul McCarthy, the service advisor who I’ve been working with since has been top-notch with my vehicle’s service. I’m a frequent customer here and it’s nothing but great vibes inside and out the building.
