Came into the store to check out their 2019 Nissan platinum. Worked with Shaun. Great sales man and he has a great character. I traded my 2018 S for a 2019 Platinum. Worked with my wife and I and allowed me to test drive it for a couple of days. Ended up buying the truck. The way I was treated was great, no pressure just facts. After purchasing the truck and taking it home the battery died. Instead of telling me tough cookie they bought a brand new battery and even installed in for me on Saturday. Great business that takes care of its customers. Wish there was more like shaun and David. Thanks guys. Still enjoying the truck and doing the Lords work. Y’all have a blessed 2024.

From the moment I spoke with Shaun over the phone to the moment I visited the dealership he has been nothing but professional and thorough. The GM was also very nice and I had a great conversation with him. A lot of salesman beat around the bush and try to push certain packages/plans on you, but Shaun wasn’t like that at all. Aside from the service, I’m very pleased with my new car.

Liked that the salesman wasn't pushy. The employees we encountered were all nice & helpful. They proudly told us about the 100,000 mile/10 year wrap around warranty but didn't mention that it cost a significant amount more than the regular warranty. We worked it out, but that was my biggest complaint.
