First time going to Colonial and I was very happy. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I made my appointment, and was able to get a loaner car for the time my vehicle was being serviced. I am enjoying my 5th Subaru. Just moved to Newtown in March. Had a problem with my lift gate and brought it in to Colonial. Ryan G was my service rep and he was outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He welcomed me to town, pulled up my car’s record got me in right away, gave me a loaner. My car was finished that day. Ryan kept me informed along the way. Colonial provided an excellent service experience.
