Great experience! They sell based on the fixed price model which is really a time saver and stress reducer format. The price was more than fair and the used car was impeccable with waxed delivery, everything working and just plain an all above board transaction. Nathan had serviced the car for years and was able to provide history and copies of maintenance records that gave me full confidence in the car. When we did run into an issue after driving it home 700 miles, Smith Volvo worked with us to resolve it, even though it was a used car with no formal warrantee. Completely professional and up front organization... highly recommend them for used and new cars!
