If you are looking for a new car and a WONDERFUL experience then this is the dealership for you! 10/10 recommend asking for Dawson who is a grade A salesman and human being! He was funny, friendly, personable and most importantly, patient with our 1 year old who is a hand full. ???? Mohammed from the finance department was also incredibly kind, smart and great to work with! He went above and beyond to find us the best deals and rates. The dealership is bright and clean and has a wonderful lounge with snacks and a play area for kids! (Only downside is they don’t have a baby changing station in the men’s bathroom ????) But overall had a wonderful experience buying my new car from Morries! Would absolutely go back and recommend to my family and friends!
What impressed me the most was that I was greeted and treated as a prospective customer should at a dealership. I stopped into Morrie’s Subaru when I was stressed out and feeling a bit miserable because my vehicle (not a Subaru) bit the dust, so I found myself unexpectedly car shopping - and ill-prepared at that moment. Despite my bummed-out mood, I was greeted right away and enthusiastically by Dawson, who treated me with kindness and care, gave me a test drive in the Geyser Blue Forester Wilderness (which I did end up buying a few days later), and sent me on my way with great info and unique value propositions of the Forester that stuck with me, but no pressure to buy. I went to a few other dealerships after that and was not treated the same… the others were slow and didn’t prioritize me… they lacked the amazing customer service I felt right away by Dawson and team at Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru. True customer care goes a long way. I am excited to keep coming back for service and that also says a lot!
