2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness

Just bought a 2024 VW Cross Sport and want to give a shout out to my salesman Chris Estrada. He was very easy to work with, no high pressure sales. I got a good price plus he was very good at following through on all my questions and getting me information. I wouldn’t normally write a review on a sales rep but he is one I recommend! Everyone at Pacific VW was great to work with and made for a pleasant experience.

I had a 5-star experience Pacific Volkswagen. I originally went to test drive some cars for my mother, she was in the business of buying. Once I test drove the Tiguan - I loved it. Our salesman Aaron answered all of our questions, he was super patient with us and showed us as many cars as needed until my mother and I both felt we had found the one. Super happy with my car and the customer service received.

I recently traded in my Tiguan and stepped into an Atlas. Chris Estrada was my sales representative who was extremely helpful and guided me through the whole return process as well as thoroughly walked me through the options for a new car. Most importantly Chris and the Finance manager were extremely patient with my work schedule and really helped me understand all the deal points before executing the deal. Im extremely happy with my new car, and very pleased with the service provided by Chris and team at VW Pacific. Great Dealership!
