2023 Subaru Forester Wilderness

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dan Guthrie, at Sarasota Subaru where I purchased a Forester. Unlike some salespeople who push aggressively, Dan struck the perfect balance guiding me through the options without any pressure, allowing me to make an informed decision. He was forthright about pricing, financing, and available features. His honesty and kindness made the entire process stress-free. When it came to test drives, Dan ensured I felt comfortable behind the wheel. He ensured that I drove the car at different speeds on different kinds of roads so there were no surprises with how it handles. My experience with this Subaru dealer has been positive. They were not at all "pushy" during the sales process. They did not hound me with phone calls or emails or text messages. I appreciate that. The primary sales person I dealt with, (Karen Menendez) was courteous, competent and professional. This dealership has one gentleman (Matt) that is assigned to educating the customer about the various operations and functions of the car. With today's cars, that is a particularly nice service. Shortly after the purchase, I did engage the service department to install a trailer hitch. Both of the gentlemen that I dealt with in service and parts were excellent. I will use this dealership for dealer=required service.. I would recommend this car dealership.

This dealership and service department are the best. I've been having routine maintenance done on my Forester here for a few years and the service department is great. Always feel I'm treated fairly. I had an issue caused by another car place, and they made it right. I recently encouraged my sister to buy a Forester and she is VERY happy with it. So glad we came to Sarasota Subaru and worked with Mark Jones. I bought my 2020 Subaru Forester up north, but when it's time to trade, will come here.
