5 star service and beyond! Congratulations to the sales team providing an easy, friendly, and highly efficient customer experience. Following conversations with two local Volvo dealerships in South Florida who were unwilling to match my past two Volvo leasing terms or come remotely close to them, I decided to look North for inventory as well as a better customer experience. From the initial outreach by Heather on their online team within hours after submitting an online inquiry, to connecting with Masae their sales rep within 24 hours, the transaction was seamless. Masae took his time to listen to my needs for getting into a new 2024 S60 Plus Black Edition and he delivered on a silver platter - I couldn’t be happier! In fact, I was so impressed with his attention that I referred a friend of mine who was already eligible to swap his lease too. And guess what?! We both ended up with new leases on the same day! Our transactions were completed in a matter of a couple of days, and the best part, we completed all our paper work (including credit application) before arriving onsite for a test drive, some delicious coffee in their customer lobby, and wet signatures to execute contracts.
