I had a great experience at Gates Nissan with Nick. I knew what car I wanted for the most part and they had a couple options to look at. I did online research before going and picking this dealership and vehicle. They are local and their online prices were similar to others. Nick was friendly and helpful and not pushy. The overall process took a while for financing, as expected, but they acquired better rates than my bank and I feel like I got a decent deal on a nice car. I will likely return if I am in the market and looking for a Nissan.

We met Chuck at Nissan, told him what "nearly new" vehicle we were looking for and he immediately found it at Gate's Ford, took us for a test drive & completed the paperwork at Nissan. Chuck did not try to sale us anything. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and got us in it. He is able to get you what you want from any of the Gate's dealerships which was important to us. If you want knowledgeable & honesty, Chuck is who you want working for you!

Had my car in for some warranty work. 2020 Rogue Sport, best customer service I've experienced in years at any dealership. I've been taken advantage of over the years with other dealerships at other name vehicle companies in the Lexington area when i had recall or warranty work, so I decided to give Gates a try and I'm so glad I did. I explained what I thought had gone wrong, that my car was under warranty and they got me in quick to properly diagnose and order parts. No hassle or stress. The service department also kept in touch and let me know exactly what was going on with my car and approximately how long it would take to get it back to me. It was done earlier than expected and I don't live locally (over an hour away) so I very much appreciated their phone calls keeping me up to date on progress and when it was ready. Very pleased with the service and recommend if you own a Nissan.
