2019 Subaru Forester Sport

Friendly place with good staff. I came in to check out some cars and wasn't pressured in any bad way and treated with respect. My salesman was Ames and he worked very well with me and got me a good price for my trade in. The 6 year old BMW I got had a full inspection and they fixed any minor issues before I got it, but afterwards there was a very tiny windshield leak. This was from a safe-lite install and my car has been know for bad window installs if not done by a trusted source, but even though it wasn't their fault they still took the car back for repairs just to make sure the car was in top shape. Aaron in the service department kept me well up to date and treated me well. Would definetly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new ride.

Had an excellent experience at BMW Salem. Craig was professional, nice and just overall a pleasure to interact with. Traded-in for a used car on their lot and it couldn’t have been easier. Would absolutely recommend to someone looking for a BMW or used vehicle.
