Mike provided amazing customer service and took care of our 2021 Ascent. I highly recommend this dealership. Gave us an awesome loaner 2024 Ascent while they fixed our SUV and even had Subaru cover the repairs outside of our warranty! Would have cost us $2511, with Subaru helping us we paid $100. Awesome savings !

This is my second car I bought from Ertle and my salesman this time was AJ he was GREAT any questions I had he answered and if he didn’t know he got an answer for me, AJ is very knowledgeable and professional. I felt so comfortable with my new purchase that I absolutely love. Also, JR the financial manager is amazing too this is the second time working with him, I bought my last car in 2021 and he still remembered me!
