Great Experience! No Stress! I got an online offer from CarMax that they exceeded when I brought my car for appraisal. This allowed me to pay off the vehicle and look for another car. So I test drove two but they didn't click with me. Ramiro was very patient, professional, honest and SUPER helpful. He found a perfect match for me and had it shipped to the store. When I test drove it I knew it was "the one" but I decided to check the last dealership off my list before committing. Of course the other dealership didn't work out because all I could think about was getting back to CarMax where Ramiro had made everything so easy! He was an absolute bonus to me getting the perfect car! I highly recommend working with Ramiro and this great "one stop shop" ... ( ;-)

Diego was awesome from the start. He explained the process of searching for cars. We sat and established my price range and needs for my new vehicle. We went out to the lot and I viewed every vehicle in which I showed interest. Diego informed me of details about each vehicle. I ended up with a sharp 2018 Nissan Rogue.
