2019 Subaru Forester Limited

I had a wonderful experience at Maita. My sales person, Ka’juan was so kind, answered all of my questions, just made me feel relaxed during the stressful process of buying a car. I had gone to other dealerships where they were obviously lying to me or talking down to me and Ka’juan was the opposite of that. In fact a month later my partner went back and bought her car from him because of how good of an experience we had! To top it off- Maita’s encore delivery rep, Levi, was so awesome. Maita provides this service which is basically a mini tutorial about your new car (and there is a lot to learn). Levi explained everything to me, was so kind and friendly, and he made it easy to understand. I can’t tell you how stressful it is being a woman and going in to a car dealership- but Levi and Ka’juan made all the difference. They genuinely make me look forward to going back to Maita to get my services done because I know I’ll see a friendly face that I can trust. Thanks so much!

Maita is a great dealership! Have been using them for our service needs for a year and recently made our first purchase there, as well. The staff in all departments are always friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the Love-Encore (post-purchase) service, which was super helpful and provided us with some new tips on using our Forester’s technology. It’s our fourth Subaru, so obviously we recommend both the brand and Maita as the place to get yours.

Maita is an A+ dealership. They were quick, precise, efficient and focused to get the deal done. I applaud them on their transparency, straightforward approach. The aftercare is also excellent. Their sales team worked together to take care of me even if someone was out. I needed an out of state co-signor and they managed that excellently and swiftly. Hard to find a dealership like this.
