Great customer service from Paige A. & all the staff at Lexus of Memphis. Had numerous conversations with her prior to my Lexus arriving & she was always quick to respond & helpful with keeping us updated. Once my vehicle arrived & we visited the dealership in person we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They truly make you feel like family. Have never had a better car service experience. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they called to give an update each day until my car was ready. Joey was amazing!

I had an issue with 2023 Lexus NX and the service department was great. I had been another location and wasn’t able to get my light cleared off and sensors to work. Spoke with Mr Gary York and was assured they could take care of it and they did. Hats off to the service department. Jasmine and Mike were outstanding.
